Services
We provide remote supply chain consulting, including negotiation, planning, audits, and risk assessments. Services are delivered online unless agreed otherwise.

Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance and paid securely online. Bookings are confirmed after payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before for a full refund or credit.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before.
If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or reschedule.

Client Responsibility
You are responsible for accurate information and ensuring proper internet/tech setup. Business decisions remain your responsibility.

Intellectual Property
Materials shared during sessions are for your business use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

Liability
Our services are advisory only. We are not liable for outcomes or damages. Liability is limited to the fee paid.
