Cancellations by Client

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session to receive a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

• If we must cancel your session, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

No-Shows

• If you miss a session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Processing

• Refunds (when applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
